not getting our updates?

Quick fix

If you signed up for our updates and aren’t getting them, take 30 seconds to solve the problem:

  1. Locate one of our updates in your junk or spam email folder
  2. Click on our email name in the FROM field (for example Play Outside Del Mar).
  3. That will open a “new contact” window where you can click Create New Contact in your phone or computer.
  4. That’s it. After these steps, your email should recognize us.
