Quick fix
If you signed up for our updates and aren’t getting them, take 30 seconds to solve the problem:
- Locate one of our updates in your junk or spam email folder
- Click on our email name in the FROM field (for example Play Outside Del Mar).
- That will open a “new contact” window where you can click Create New Contact in your phone or computer.
- That’s it. After these steps, your email should recognize us.
