Last night DMUSD posted their initial environmental docs for the Del Mar Heights “rebuild” and gave official notice (NOI) to various agencies, parties, and the public to start the review process. The window for public comment is now open and you have, according to the district’s papers, until 5:00 p.m. on March 23 to submit comments.
As a public service, we’ll be happy to share tips and practical advice on how to comment – keep an eye out for a tab on our website. The California environmental framework (CEQA – California Environmental Quality Act) was created to protect the public and is designed to make it easy for the public to air their concerns.
